The pool water was too cold and the breakfast there was hardly anything, there

I was there for 1 night and would come back for sure. Luxurious hotel, I liked its central location so close to the Mall of Abilene, the shopping areas and so many restaurants. The whole room was exceptionally clean and cheap with microwave, sofa bed. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were a huge plus. The staff were very very helpful the whole time.

The room was really clean and affordable, plus it had a sofa bed which was a bonus, and the location was great in a good area for half a year.

Easy to make reservations and check in.

The bathroom had hair on the floor, the wall where the ac was has peeling beds were a little too stiff there was a roach in the bed and we had to take 3 flights of stairs to leave since the elevator wasn't working.

That we left by 1115 the first nite and no one cleaned our room or took our trash out..

The room had a coffee table, a couch, and an incredibly comfortable bed, along with great and delicious food.

The beds were comfortable but that is about the extent of what we liked!

took somebody 30 minutes or longer to check us in a timely manner -- while checking us in the "BOSS" called 2 times and he had to talk to the"BOSS" & left me standing/No pool /hot tub working on it since 7/10/16 No plug in close to the bed so that my hubby could use his CPAP machine -- had to purchase a extension cord in order to use his CPAP machine. no kind of food or coffee -no DO NOT DISTURB to hang on door / did not have the ac on to cool down the room before arrival--seemed kind of shocked at the price that was quoted by Price Line felt like it should have been more & I was quick to let him know that we were only paying the quote he had in his had. Apparently he was working on doors instead of answering the door bell that they had placed on the counter to check in! We rang the door bell 4 times before somebody finally appeared to check us in! Really didn't seem like they were in a hurry to welcome patrons! WILL NOT recommend this place to any friends or even enemies! Had only 1 wash cloth in the bathroom No shower curtain, no way to plug the bathtub to take a bath -- the tub had a chip by the drain -- looked like a spider -- WHO WANTS TO TAKE A BATH WITH SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE A BUG IN THE TUB! ! ! ABILENE LUXURY SUITES is not LUXURY in any shape or fashion -- very deceiving for 100% sure! ! !

no continental breakfast, when the night we registered the front staff told us it would be served from 7 - 9 am. bugs in the room, just one towel in the bathroom, no pitcher or cups in the room for water. super dirty swimming pool.

Pool was ice cold because heater was broken, sauna was broken,breakfast was just cereal and milk was in a broken container.for less we could of stayed at a different hotel and had a better breakfast.we don't intend to stay there on our return trip on 5-10-16

The bathtub had mold, pool was closed, and towels had red stains

Great price, friendly staff, and attentive service. Pillows were comfy and room was decent, although a bit outdated. Some repairs still needed in the room, but overall it was clean and comfortable. The agent on duty was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate. Plenty of linen in the bathroom.

Pool is closed for repairs, but no repairs are being made. Breakfast had been promised on the website, but is no longer being served. Had to ask for extra linens needed for sofa. Toilet seat lacked one anchor bolt and slid around. We booked a "suite" and received one big room with two beds and a hide-a-bed sofa. this was not satisfactory at all, but all the real suites were booked. We will not stay here again.

I had such wonderful time.

Location: the hotel was close to activities like Target. We really enjoyed rooms with sofa bed.
